I Love Your Style

A sick little boy and a night of little sleep do not make for a happy morning. But things are definitely looking up! My son is already over whatever bug he had and I won a giveaway from the wonderful House of Sorensons blog!

I was lucky enough to win a credit to I Love Your Style. Christine makes such gorgeous jewelry - the shop had so many beautiful beaded rings made from Czech glass that I had a hard time choosing!  She also offers adorable headbands and crocheted hats for children. She even has another shop, The Old Pink Porch, which has some cute tooth fairy pillows I'm eying for when my son's teeth start wiggling!

I ended up selecting two rings -

And this vintage blue flower ring!

 They're both so pretty and seem perfect for the warm weather we're having down here! I can't wait until they come in the mail so I can wear them! And pretend to have style like all of you amazing fashion bloggers! Maybe someday I'll join your ranks and be brave enough to post pictures of what I'm wearing... but not yet!

On a side note, I'm off to make a bunch of mini pies for my church's Easter brunch. Not tarts - that sounds boring. Mini pies. Because any food miniaturized is cuter and yummier. Hamburgers? Ehh. But wee tiny hamburgers? Amazing! Teeny little hot dogs? Bite size quiches? Baby cupcakes? You get my drift. Plus I'm pretty sure since they're all tiny, they must be calorie-free. Right? Right?? That's what I'm telling myself at least!

Here's hoping I don't pull my hair out trying to make tiny lattice crusts for the apple ones. Wish me luck!
