"Pin"spiration for Boy Spaces~

We're playing musical rooms around our house again.   The last time we played it was because this work-from-home mom needed a space for my home office.  This time, it's because I decided that a bedroom space for my 12-year-old was more important than a dedicated office for me. 

You see, my oldest son has been quite patiently sharing a bedroom with his 5 and 7-year-old little brothers.  But it
